Yeppers. It is a bit much. But you just might have a client's page where this display would help liven the content a bit.
You get 12 iridescently colored spiders busily climbing their own colored lines from the bottom of the screen to the top.
It works with older and newer Netscape® browsers, as well as Microsoft® Internet Explorer 5.x.
You may, of course, substitute other color changes and images (perhaps climbing athletes?) for those used here...
These rascals look pretty good against a black background as well.
